  • Regular one to one mentoring sessions
  • Tailored programme to meet individual’s needs
  • Explanation of tools and techniques as required
  • Set objectives, milestones and measured outcomes and performance development
  • Sessions can take place over the phone or face to face, and would usually be scheduled every 4-6 weeks.
